A Stay at the goodtime hotel, Miami Beach
During my last trip to Miami, I stayed at the goodtime hotel — a hotel that has become known for its colorful design and unmistakably Miami energy.
🌴 First Impressions: She’s That Girl
The first thing that stands out is the aesthetic. Designed by Ken Fulk, the hotel feels playful, vibrant, and very much in tune with the Art Deco spirit of Miami Beach. The palette of pinks, mint greens, and soft pastels gives the entire property a retro-glam feel, and it’s easy to see why it’s become such a photogenic destination.
🛏️ The Room Breakdown
The rooms are on the smaller side, which is fairly typical for South Beach. But these? Surprisingly smart.
• Compact but super efficient layout
• Everything actually makes sense (rare)
• And the bed? 10/10, no notes
The design perfectly fits the space. One thing I have to mention — the bed was incredibly comfortable, which for me is always one of the most important parts of any hotel stay.
If I sleep well, the hotel wins. Period.
📍 Location, Location, Location
Another major plus is the location. The goodtime sits right in the heart of Miami Beach…
• Quick walk to the ocean 🌊
• Surrounded by restaurants + shopping
• Steps from the nightlife if you’re in the mood
It’s one of those “everything is easy” stays.
🍓 Strawberry Moon Energy
👩💻 Monday – Thursday
For my work-from-anywhere girlies… this is your office upgrade. Laid-back, sun-soaked, and yes — you’re taking that Zoom from your lounger. Strawberry Moon is sending over bites and cocktails while you’re still looking like a boss on screen.
🍾 Friday – Sunday
Then the weekend flips the switch. Music up, energy high, and a full-on Miami social scene. This is where you come to see and be seen, sip something cold, and lean all the way in.
At Strawberry Moon Pool, it’s less “hotel pool” and more… daytime party that just happens to have water:

• The kind of party that casually forgets to end ✨
DJs Make The Party
Not exactly where you’re bringing a book… but absolutely where you go for the Miami moment ☀️💋

They’ve already had names like Ian Asher, Chus & Ceballos, and EGYPTO on deck this year… so yes, it’s giving pool party with a guest list 🎧🍸

One thing I loved about the goodtime was all the little perks sprinkled throughout the week… it’s basically a built-in social calendar 🍸✨
And you already know… I’m 1000% pulling up for Martini Monday next time. Espresso martini in hand, no questions asked 💅🍸

📚 The Library Escape
I loved this little hang out space! Easy to catch up on an email or two. Tucked inside the hotel, The Library is a quieter contrast—think vintage books, soft lighting, and a chic place to reset between pool time, cocktails, and Miami chaos.💋
📊 Going Corporate?!?
💋 Wait… are we going corporate now?! Because the goodtime just made it look very cute to do so 👀✨ If you’re planning an offsite (or honestly just want an excuse to gather your people in style), the White Box Space is the moment:
Think 3,400 square feet of clean, elevated design with those insane 18-foot ceilings—light, airy, and giving “we’re productive… but also vibing” energy 💼🌴

the goodtime hotel offers a very distinct experience that captures the playful side of Miami Beach. Between the bold design, central location, and vibrant atmosphere, it’s a fun stay for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the city’s colorful personality.
