The Lazy Girl’s Guide to Working Out (That Actually Works)💪🏼🧘🏼‍♀️🏡✨

Let’s be honest — between work, errands, dog shows, and life in general, carving out time to go to the gym feels like another full-time job. And while I love the idea of pilates studios, yoga flows, and barre burnouts… the drive, the parking, the packing? No, thanks.

So I’ve created my own home workout routine — minimal equipment, maximum vibes. All I use is:

• A mat
• A pair of dumbbells (not necessary, but I like to use them… sometimes lol)
• A solid playlist
• And water. Lots of water.

I’ve found amazing free (and fun!) workouts online that actually make me want to move. No pressure, no mirrors, no perfectly curated outfits — just me, my sweat, and a few endorphins doing their thing.

Some days it’s 10 minutes.
Some days it’s 40.
The point is: I’m showing up for me.
And that consistency? That’s where the magic is.

Bonus: This routine is travel-girlie approved.
All you need is a little floor space and WiFi (or just download a few videos). Whether I’m in a hotel room, an Airbnb, or back home — this system works. No excuses, no pressure… just movement that fits wherever I go.

If you’ve been putting off movement because of time, energy, or let’s be real — motivation — this is your sign to roll out a mat and hit play. Your body (and your schedule) will thank you.
